Our positive experience with our in-house apprenticeship programme has confirmed that this is the right approach. More than a quarter of our current workers completed their apprenticeships in the company.

• Diplom-Ingenieur (BA-Engineering) in supply and environmental technology (technical building systems) (m/f)
  Duration of studies: 3 years
   
• Plant mechanic (m/f)
  Duration of apprenticeship: 3 ½ years
   
• Industrial clerk (m/f)
  Duration of apprenticeship: 3 ½ years
